Nikki has more than 10 years of experience in program management and implementation.
Currently, Nikki leads all program management initiatives at Kaizen. Prior to her role as Program Management Director, she was the USAID Secretariat Senior Manager for the Water and Energy for Food (WE4F) Program where she oversaw the contractual, operational, and financial aspects of the $65 million multi-donor initiative on behalf of USAID including the finance, administration, and the grants under contract mechanism for three Regional Innovation Hub (RIH) contracts based in the MENA, South/Southeast Asia, and Southern/Central Africa regions.
Nikki joined Kaizen in 2016 and spent four years working on a diverse set of projects in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia as both a Coordinator and Manager. She also served as acting Chief of Party for the Securing Water for Food Technical Assistance Facility (SWFF TAF), WE4F’s predecessor program. Other notable projects include USAID’s Early Grade Reading and Math Project (RAMP) in Jordan and Kaizen’s My Health, My Life project in Zimbabwe where she worked closely with USAID staff to design and implement media products focused on breaking down message fatigue barriers related to health issues among adolescent girls and young women.
