Alexandra is a Business Development Manager at Kaizen.
She supports the development and delivery of competitive proposals in response to solicitations across sectors from donors such as USAID, OTI, Department of State (DoS), MCC, and others. She provides capture and proposal management efforts in support of the New Business portfolio.
Prior to joining Kaizen, Alexandra worked in India for two years generating income opportunities for marginalized women in rural communities of Udaipur, Rajasthan. She also brings extensive experience working on proposals for OTI, USAID, and DoS. As Business Development Manager with DT Global, she focused on the Stabilization and Transition portfolio – managing the pipeline and supporting opportunities from capture planning to proposal submission. Prior to DT Global, Alexandra worked at Creative Associates, where she supported BD strategy across multiple sectors (EG, stabilization, governance, education) throughout MENA and Asia.
Alexandra holds an MA in Global Affairs from Florida International University and a BA in International Studies from the University of Denver. She speaks fluent Swedish and intermediate Spanish, with a basic understanding of Hindi.
