Dima Al Naber

Dima supports the MEL team in providing USAID/Jordan Mission and implementing partners with technical and advisory services related to MEL tasks such as project monitoring, evaluation, research, organizational learning, and knowledge management.

Prior to joining MELA, Dima served as the Senior MEL Specialist at the Yemen Continuous Learning and Evaluation Project that aimed to provide effective program performance monitoring and operational context insights, evaluate the performance and results of USAID/Yemen activities. In addition, Dima undertook third party monitoring inside Syria to help increase donor partners understanding of the outputs, progresses, challenges, and effectively track assistance efforts.
