Hala Al Sharif is the Deputy Chief of Party for Capacity Building & Systems Strengthening for the USAID-funded Jordan Enhancing School Management and Planning (ESMP) Project.
Ms. Al Sharif is an experienced program manager with more than 22 years of experience in project planning, execution, and evaluation across diverse industries. Through her work with more than seven USAID funded projects, she has deeply engaged in government reforms aimed at improved efficiency and cost control in the public sector.
Ms. Al Sharif brings a unique mix of technical and management skills to The Kaizen Company. She has served as the technical lead for capacity building and training projects and is a Certified Master Trainer by the International Leadership and Management Institute (U.K.). She has held senior management positions in the areas of systems strengthening, governance, and policy, including the Director of Programs for the Jordan Health Finance and Governance Activity. Ms. Al Sharif holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Huddersfield (U.K.).
