Lana has more than 20 years of experience with an emphasis on quality control, service delivery enhancement, and public financial management, in the healthcare field.
Through her worked on strengthening public health systems, improving data quality, and improving primary care service delivery in Jordan through her participation in a number of USAID-funded projects with Ministry of Health.
Lana’s roles have included managing special projects, overseeing data collection and monitoring, and leading service delivery initiatives. She has also been deeply involved in training and capacity building.
Lana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Medical Records. She has received training in accreditation preparedness, GIS, management, and leadership, and she is skilled in implementing complex health initiatives.
