Michele Seibou is an international development professional with over 20 years of experience.
As the Strategic Learning Advisor for the Niger Development Food Security Activity (Wadata), she provides technical guidance and facilitation to support the implementation and institutionalization of USAID’s adaptive management approach of strategic collaboration, continuous learning, and adaptive management throughout the program cycle.
Prior to joining Kaizen, Michele held positions with various international NGOs and USAID as a Gender Technical Coordinator, Health & Nutrition Advisor, USAID Mission Health Team Deputy Leader, and USAID Mission Deputy Program Officer. She holds an MPH in International Health from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Dartmouth College. She speaks English and French.
