Nida Zehra is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in driving HR strategies, talent acquisition, and organizational development in complex, multicultural environments.
Prior joining The Kaizen Company, Nida served as Senior HR Manager at JHPIEGO, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University. In this role, she led HR operations across multiple country offices and undertook critical international assignments in Africa and Asia, including Rwanda, Indonesia, Nepal, and Sierra Leone.
Nida’s expertise includes strengthening global recruitment, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with donor expectations during audits. She has worked extensively with leading international donors such as USAID, CDC, BMGF, and UNFPA, contributing to the success of large-scale health initiatives by aligning HR operations with program goals.
Committed to professional growth, Nida holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and has completed advanced certifications in project management, humanitarian inclusion standards, and leadership. She has also participated in global programs such as the Humentum Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., and international leadership courses.
