Sarah has 18 years of experience in the international development consulting industry, in project management, operations and project and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Kaizen, Sarah worked for Abt Associates as a financial controller for several of the company’s operating units and most recently as senior finance manager for corporate departments.
Prior to Abt Associates, Sarah worked at Chemonics International, where she established her professional foundation in project management for USAID- and other donor-funded development programs in Central and South America. During her tenure with Chemonics, Sarah moved up through the ranks to hold positions in operations and corporate budgeting.
Sarah holds an MBA from The George Washington University, an MSc from Wageningen University & Research, and a BA in History and Spanish from Swarthmore College. Sarah speaks English and Spanish.
